TOM PRICE CLUB ROUND 3 RACE NIGHT 12th May 2023

Registrations are available online and on the night. Registration online is open from Monday 8am to Friday 2pm. Registration on the night will be from 6pm till 6.45pm . There will be NO registration after 6.45pm .

Select the correct ticket required, Registration information is required.

First Name, Last name, transponder number ( if aplicable ), and auscycling member Number AC*****

 

• if you register and do not turn up by gates drop there will be no refund 
• if the race is cancelled for any reason then you will be refunded or payment moved to the following round .

All riders From 8yrs and up NEED a transpondor ( if you are waiting for one, or yours has failed please see the ladies at the registration hut on the night )

-  Each rider MUST race 50% of total round to be eligable for a Trophy at the end of the season ( 12 rounds out of 23 rounds ) and families must volunteer 4 times through out the year.

- Volunteering includes Flagging burm 1 , 2 , 3 . stagger , gate controler, medic/ first aider and assitance with the canteen, if these positions are not filled there will be no racing . If you would like to help please PM the members page or you can email the club tompricebmx@gmail.com

- Volunteering  (please do not think wearing thongs will get you out of volunteering) stagger , gate controller, medic, assistance with the canteen, if these positions are not filled there will be no racing!!

We are aware of the thong rules for flagging in North west Super Series, however there are other volunteering roles you can put hands up for.

If we DO NOT HAVE VOLUNTEERS WE WILL NOT RACE...
